By creating a WeddingOS account, you're agreeing to these terms. We've tried to write them the way we'd want to read them — covering what actually matters without burying it in language nobody understands.
WeddingOS is a business operating system for wedding planning agencies — leads, clients, proposals, contracts, payment schedules, team management, revenue forecasting, email, calendar, vendor tracking, timelines, and documents, all in one place.
We integrate with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Stripe, and Nylas. Those integrations are optional — WeddingOS works without them, but they make it a lot more useful.
WeddingOS is for wedding planning businesses in the United States. You need to be 18 or older and have the authority to sign up on behalf of your business. By creating an account, you're confirming that's the case and that the information you give us is accurate.
Keep your login credentials to yourself. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone got in who shouldn't have, email us immediately at alex@getweddingos.com.
You can invite your team. Anyone you add to your account is your responsibility — make sure they understand these terms too.
$97/month, everything included
One flat price. Unlimited team members. Every feature. No per-seat fees, no upgrade tiers, no surprise charges.
When you get billed
You're billed on the same date each month, starting from when you first subscribed. Stripe handles the charge automatically.
If a payment fails
We'll email you and retry. If we still can't collect after a few attempts, your account may be paused until it's resolved. We'll let you know before that happens.
No refunds on time already used
If you cancel partway through a month, you keep access through the end of that billing period. We won't charge you again, but we won't prorate a refund for the days left either.
If we raise prices
You'll get at least 60 days' notice by email before any price increase hits your account. You can cancel before then if you don't want to stay at the new rate.
How to cancel
Email alex@getweddingos.com anytime. No cancellation fees, no required notice. You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
What happens to your data
After you cancel, you have 90 days to log in and grab anything you need. You can export your leads and clients as CSV, download proposal and contract PDFs, and export documents to Google Drive. You can also reactivate during this window.
After 90 days, we permanently delete your account — all client records, documents, emails, everything. That's not recoverable. If you're switching platforms, export before the window closes.
Want us to delete sooner? Email us and we'll do it within 7 business days.
What stays in Google
Files in Drive, emails in Gmail, events in Calendar — those live in Google's systems and aren't touched by your WeddingOS cancellation.
When you leave, you take it with you through the export tools above. After the 90-day window, we delete it.
Don't use WeddingOS to:
We can suspend or shut down accounts that violate these rules. How much notice you get depends on how serious the violation is.
When you connect Google, you're authorizing WeddingOS to access Gmail, Calendar, and Drive within the scopes you approve. You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations or from your Google account's security settings.
Using Google through WeddingOS also means you're subject to Google's Terms of Service. We're not responsible for Google outages, API changes, or anything Google decides to restrict on their end. If something like that affects WeddingOS features, we'll let you know.
Stripe handles all payments — your subscription and any payments your clients make through WeddingOS. Using those features means you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. To accept client payments, you'll need to connect your own Stripe account through their approval process.
Fund holds, account restrictions, and payment disputes are between you and Stripe. We don't control any of that.
WeddingOS — the software, the design, the features — belongs to WeddingOS LLC. While you're subscribed, you have a license to use it for your business. That license ends when your subscription does.
Everything you write and create inside WeddingOS — proposals, contracts, documents, email copy — is yours. We don't claim any rights to it.
WeddingOS is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. The revenue forecasts, pipeline numbers, and payment schedules in WeddingOS are tools to help you make decisions — not guarantees. Use your own judgment.
If something goes wrong, our liability to you is capped at whatever you paid us in the three months before the issue. We're not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — the kind of consequential damages that can spiral far beyond the cost of a subscription.
Depending on where you are, some of these limitations may not apply to you.
If someone comes after us because of something you did — violating these terms, misusing the platform, infringing someone's rights — you agree to cover us for any resulting claims, damages, and legal fees.
If we make a change that meaningfully affects your rights, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Minor updates just get a new date at the top of this page. Continuing to use WeddingOS after a change goes live means you're okay with it. If you're not, you can cancel before the change kicks in.
These terms are governed by Georgia law. Any disputes go to state or federal court in Georgia. That said, if something goes wrong, email us first — alex@getweddingos.com. We'd much rather fix it than go to court.
